These Terms govern your use of the TrueNorth marketing website at truenorth-ats.com (the “Site”). Use of the TrueNorth products is governed by a separate master services agreement.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site provides information about TrueNorth and lets you request a demo or contact us. It does not provide access to the TrueNorth products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and act with authority to submit any information you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, introducing malicious code, infringing rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the TrueNorth and True Tech Professionals names and logos are owned by True Tech Professionals Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Tech Professionals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify True Tech Professionals against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Panchkula/Chandigarh, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
